Organic grape varieties Made with organic Sangiovese grapes (90%). Vinification: hand picked selection of organic grapes I.C.E.A certified. Temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation, using natural yeasts (found in the grape’s skin). Natural malolactic fermentation. The wine refines in the bottle. Wine description: this wine is ruby red in colour, intense and fresh aromas follow notes of red fruits to the palate. A smooth and structured wine.
Recommended pairings:
A perfect every day wine, very suited to typical Tuscan dishes. Serve at 18-19 °C.
